无悲（wu bei), means no grieve.

When the mission complete,it will give them a huge delight, and make them more depend on "mission complete". Because of that, they have no doubt or hesitate to finish their job. They might angry, but to which can stop them to completed mission. They might sad, but only to which can stop them to completed mission.They like happy, this is what they seek by completed mission. But they would not sad by what they face when they are working.
